Particularly nice views and everything spotlessly clean.
possibly the best and very comfortable stay on a business trip. pretty friendly people working here. generous-sized rooms with a mini-bar, central heating, and an electronic key card, etc. clean private bathroom. location very close to very nice restaurants, grocery stores and the subway to downtown santiago and close to stores. also, away from the main centre of the city.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect stay during my business trip. the location was peaceful and convenient, with the main shopping center and a mall just a short walk away. the hotel served as a comfortable base for exploring the wonderful area around it.

Overall nice stay on a business trip. Perfectly clean hotel, very good breakfast, the location is absolutely perfect near including a supermarket and underground transport and downtown or the bus station. Lovely building and well-appointed rooms with a view of the snow capped andes. Central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel TV in the room;))

Location, breakfast and parking were better than the other hotels in the region.Also the price was better than worse hotels in the area.
The breakfast is very goos, although you have to go early before the large groups.

Well priced accommodation with a perfect location within a short walk to amenities such as shops, cafes, a supermarket, and a metro station. the room was large with a very comfy bed and a spacious bathroom. A variety of goodies were available for breakfast.

Spacious clean room, informative staff
Decor on the whole a bit "tired". I have also stayed in the Interconti in Santiago and a notable difference was that Torremayor had very little information in the room about Santiago itself, things to do as a tourist or for business, restaurants recommendations etc whereas the Interconti has a good first time visitor pack. Torremayor would also benefit from a decent bar area
